| 摘 要： | 本文简要地介绍了现有计费方案,从实时计费的需求出发,说明了在线计费的必要性.然后结合目前计费系统的实际情况,提出了弹性计费系统的建设方案,并分析了该方案的优势.最后,指出弹性计费系统是一种优化的计费系统.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the solution of conventional billing system and discusses the necessary of online charge from the requirement of real time. A new structure of billing system, flexible billing system, is given by comparison with conventional billing system, flexible billing system is optimal system. It inherits the features of other systems. |
