甲硝唑联合雌激素治疗萎缩性阴道炎的疗效分析

目的分析在萎缩性阴道炎患者的临床治疗中,甲硝唑联合雌激素的治疗效果。方法选取南昌市青云谱区妇幼保健所于2014年1月至2015年1月收治的60例萎缩性阴道炎患者为研究对象,将所选患者随机均分为对照组与实验组,对照组患者接受甲硝唑治疗,实验组患者则在对照组患者治疗基础上联合接受雌激素治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果实验组患者的治疗效果明显好于对照组患者,且不良反应的例数少于对照组,两组患者的数据经对比后存在明显的统计学差异(P0.05)。结论在萎缩性阴道炎患者的治疗中,甲硝唑联合雌激素的疗效较好,值得推广。

Metronidazole Combined Estrogen Therapy Efficacy Analysis of Atrophic vaginitis

Objective-To analysis the clinical treatment of patients with atrophic vaginitis, the therapeutic effect of metronidazole combined estrogen.Methods-Our hospital in January 2014 to January 2015, 60 patients with atrophic vaginitis as the research object, all the selected patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group and control group in patients treated with metronidazole, while the experimental group patients in the control group patients based on-combined-estrogen therapy treatment, compared two groups of the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of patients.Results-The patients with the treatment effect is significantly better than the control group of patients, and the number of cases of adverse reaction is less than the control group, two groups of patients after comparing the exist significant statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion-In the treatment of patients with atrophic vaginitis, the curative effect of metronidazole combined estrogen is good, is worth promoting.
