摘    要:本文采用二维可压缩紊流边界层计算模型,计算了离心风机内考虑边界层影响后的粒子轨迹和粒子与叶片表面的碰撞角、碰撞速度、磨损率沿叶片(相对弧长)的变化规律,计算结果表明:对于小直径的粒子,无粘流动假设是不合适的,计及边界层的影响,对于准确预测风机内的粒子轨迹和磨损是必不可少的。

Abstract:Based on the inviscid gas flow calculation, the particle trajectory and erosion in a centrifugal fan are calculated in which a compressible boundary layer model has been used. The differences of particle trajectory and particle impact angles, particle impact velocities, erosion ratio along blade surface are calculated between the inviscid and the boundary layer model. The effects of the boundary layer on different particle diameters and different particle densities are investigated. The calculated results show that the assumption of the inviscid gas flow is not suitable to small particles. The effect of the boundary layer is very impotrant to predict exactly the trajectories of particles and the erosion due to particles in centrifugal fans.
