含芳香基的乙二胺四乙酸酰胺衍生物的合成

摘    要:乙二胺四乙酸二酐(1)与氨基芳香酸(2)进行酰化反应,合成了3种新型含芳香基的乙二胺四乙酸酰胺衍生物,其结构经UV,1H NMR,IR和元素分析表征。探讨了反应条件对收率的影响,在最佳反应条件110mmol,n(1)∶n(2)=1∶2,pH 3~4时,于40℃反应12 h]下,收率高于75%。

Abstract:Three new ethylenediamine tetra-acetic acid amide derivatives with aromatic group were synthesized by acylation reaction of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid dianhydride(1) and amino aromatic acid(2).The structures were confirmed by UV,~1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.The effects of reaction conditions on the yield were investigated.The yield was over 75% at 40 ℃ for 12 h under the reaction conditions of 1 10 mol,n(1):n(2)=1:2 and pH 3~4.
