| Abstract: | A new method to process the experiment of sucrose hydrolysis is proposed.The new method simplifies the experimental process,improves the maneuverability of the experiment and increases the veracity of the experimental results.With the new method,the final optical rotation degree of the reactive system needn＇t to be detected,and the rate constant can be obtained conveniently and quickly. |
