Abstract:Support from the support: Tethered bilayer lipid membranes containing the cation-channel-forming peptide gramicidin?A were assembled on nanostructured Au films. The combination of surface-enhanced infrared absorption (SEIRA) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was used for the in situ structural and functional characterization of gramicidin?A in the same device.
