摘    要:为了提升服务型制造企业的服务创新能力,促进企业更好地进行服务创新,本文提出了基于产品服务融合的服务创新方法,分析了产品服务融合的概念,采用关联规则算法识别出能够进行融合的产品或服务模块,在此基础上,开发出新产品服务系统的概念,并通过模块化的方法对这些模块进行相互融合,设计出新产品服务系统。最后,通过一个应用实例说明了该方法的应用过程。该方法能够为客户提供多样化的服务,从而更加灵活地满足不同客户的个性化需求。

Abstract:In order to improve the service innovation capability of service-oriented manufacturing enterprise, promote the enterprise to make better service innovation, the method of service innovation based on product and service fusion is put forward, the concept of product and service fusion is analyzed, and the product or service modules are identified by association rule algorithm, On this basis, the concept of new product service system is developed, these modules are mutually fused through modularity, and the new product service system is designed. Finally, an application example is given to illustrate the application process of the method. The method can provide various services for customers, which is more flexible for meeting the individual needs of different customers.
