The energies of ions calculated by the improved screened hydrogenic ionization model

The paper calculates the ionization potentails and the subshell energies of ions by the improved screened hydrogenic ionization model. A number of calculations show that the improved model can obtaine the calculation results of high accuracy. It can make up the deficiency of R. M. More's, Skater's and WBEPM's.
