摘    要:纤维沥青混合料中纤维的最佳用量是由纤维吸附沥青的能力、矿质混合料的级配类型以及纤维的分散性的强弱等因素共同决定的。在实际工程中,掺加纤维的混合料类型多为骨架-密实型,如SMA。以骨架-密实型沥青混合料为主要研究对象,按照矿物纤维掺量0%、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%和0.9%为试验前提,选用玄武岩矿物纤维,通过高温车辙试验和低温小梁弯曲试验,对比不同沥青条件下矿物纤维沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性等,确定矿物纤维的最佳掺量,从而改善沥青混合料的路用性能。

Abstract:The optimal dosage of fiber in asphalt mixture is determined by factors such as gradation types of mineral mixed aggregate, asphalt adsorption of fiber, and dispersibility level of fiber. In practical engineering, most mixed aggregate which contains fiber belong to frame dense type, such as SMA. This paper regards the frame dense type asphalt mixture as the main research object. According to testing conditions in different proportion of mineral fiber, 0%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.7% and 0.9%, basalt mineral fiber was chosen. The properties of mineral fiber asphalt mixture such as High-temperature stability, Low temperature cracking resistance are compared in different asphalt conditions by the rutting test at high temperature and bending test of small beam at low temperature. In the end, optimal dosage of mineral fiber was determined. Thus, the pavement performance of asphalt mixture was improved.
