| Abstract: | The innovation of talent cultivation is fundamental for the improvement of talent cultivation.Based on the credit system reform in Hebei University of Economics and Trade,this article analyzes the innovation and practices of teaching management in three aspects:institutional innovation,approach selection and cultivation features.The applied talent cultivation approach centering on self-development,sustainable development and practical application is the optimum choice. |
