| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍间接血凝试验在我国鼠疫监测中的应用和研究进展。方法：查阅近年国内相关文献。结果：间接血凝试验仍是国内外一致公认鼠疫追溯诊断的有效方法，也是我国应用最为广泛的一种血清学诊断方法。但是它还存在一些待于解决的问题。结论：该方法仍需继续改进，应在鼠疫监测中与其他血清学诊断方法联合使用，并结合病原学和流行病学结果作出最后的结论。

| Abstract: | Objective:To introduce applications and advances of indirect hemagglutination test in supervision of plague of our country.Methods: To collect and read lots of correlative internal literatures that published recently.Results: Indirect hemagglutination test is still regarded as a effective serological method of backward diagnosis of plague and is the most public method in our country,but is has some shortages.Conclusion: This method is needed to keep on improving and be cooperated with other serological methods in supervision of plague,and make conclusion by cooperate with results of etiology and epidemiology. |
