基于区域共建共享的特色库建设创新模式研究

提出了一种基于区域共建共享的特色库建设的创新模式,分析了该模式在资源收集、技术支持、人力资源、资金支持、数据更新上的共建优势和在利用效率、服务范围、宣传推广方面的共享优势,并对该模式在组织结构建设、平台搭建、数据库选题、质量控制、知识产权保护、人员培训等方面需要解决的问题进行了探讨。

This paper puts forward an innovation mode for the construction of characteristic database based on regional co-construction and sharing, analyzes the co-construction advantages of this mode in aspects of resources collection,technical support,human resource,financial support,and data updating, and the sharing advantages in utilization efficiency,service scope,and propagandizing and popularizing,and probes into the problems of this mode need to be solved in the organizational structure construction,platform building,database topic selection,quality control,intellectual property rights protection,and personnel training, etc.
