| Abstract: | Results of a study of photoluminescence and thermoluminescence of cadmium thiogallate single crystals grown from the melt are presented. Effect of nonstoichiometry on the properties of samples is studied. Some assumptions about the nature of centres in CdGa2S4 compound are made. |
