简化太极拳运动中股四头肌角变化的研究

摘    要:通过对研究简化太极拳运动中股四头肌角的变化的研究,分别计算24个动作末和起势始姿势中Q角的差数,作为太极拳运动中动作Q角的变化值。练习简化太极拳中Q角增大明显。可见,简化太极拳有助于保持或增强股四头肌肌力和下肢的活动功能,可能对风湿性关节炎患者的治疗起到积极的作用。

Abstract:Studying the changes of quadriceps angle during exercising simple shadowboxing. Calculating the margin of Q angle during the end of 24th action and starting action individually as the changing date of Q angle during exercising simple shadowboxing.Thus, Q angle increase obviously during exercising simple shadowboxing.It is help to keep or increase the function of quadriceps and lower limbs..
