| Abstract: | On the basis of the analysis of the land investment, output and the land market, the system of the factors acting on the city land price is constructed; taking the city of Chongqing as an example, it discusses some issues about how to appraise the index of the city land price by the method of multi-factors synthetical evaluation. Moreover, it analyses the features of the changing land price in Chongqing. |
