| Abstract: | Summary The role of pH in the gradient elution of nucleotides and related compounds from short high efficiency microparticulate anion-exchange columns has been evaluated. Only at pH 3 could good resolution be obtained and a system capable of the separation of 22 nucleotides from physiological extracts in 13 minutes has been described. Other factors affecting the satisfactory operation of the system are discussed.Presented at the  14th International Symposium on Chromatography London, September, 1982 |
