| Abstract: | The cultural obstacles to bringing about system changes in family enterprises of our country are reflected in the followings: 1. the influence of the Chinese traditional history culture; 2. the far- reaching influence of "the wideranging familism culture"; 3. the influence of Chinese traditional system of inheritance; 4.the weak social credit system; 5. imperfection in laws and regulations. |
