不同品系海带细胞壁组成对褐藻酸降解菌感染响应的差异性

摘    要:研究了二个品系海带细胞壁的组成在褐藻酸降解菌感染过程中的变化.结果表明,海带荣城1号品系在褐藻酸降解菌感染的初期(前3d),破壁酶对其单细胞或原生质体的相对产率显著降低,而且随着感染时间的延长,相对产率的下降越加明显.3d后,随着感染的继续进行,单细胞或原生质体的相对产率变化不明显.而海带901品系在褐藻酸降解菌感染的整个过程中单细胞或原生质体的相对产率始终没有出现明显的变化,指示海带荣城1号品系细胞壁组成对褐藻酸降解菌感染发生了响应性变化,而海带901品系的细胞壁组成未做出响应变化.研究结果进一步表明,褐藻酸降解菌感染过程中海带荣城1号细胞壁组成的变化主要体现在褐藻胶的变化上,而与纤维素,半纤维素和果胶质成分无关.

Abstract:Changes of cell wall composition in Laminaria japonica(901 and Rongcheng number 1) with the process of infection by alginic acid decomposing bacteria were studied.The results showed that the obvious decline of relative yield of monocells and protoplasts in Laminaria japonica Rongcheng number 1 appeared under cell wall decomposing enzymes at early stage of infection.Moreover,the relative yield decreased more remarkably with the prolonging of infection time.On the contrary,the relative yield of monocells and protoplasts did not exhibit notable change with the continuous infection by alginic acid decomposing bacteria in 3 days later.While relative yield rate of monocells and protoplasts in Laminaria japonica 901 always did not exhibit notable change during whole infection.Therefore the cell wall composition in Laminaria japonica Rongcheng number 1 changed notably under the infection by alginic acid decomposing bacteria,and it did not change in Laminaria japonica 901.Meanwhile,the results also showed that during infection by alginic acid decomposing bacteria,the changes of cell wall composition in Laminaria japonica Rongcheng number 1 were mainly expressed by alginic acid, and were not related to cellulose,semicellulose and pectin.
