固壁空蚀数值研究

摘    要:空蚀是空泡在固壁附近溃灭对固壁材料产生破坏的现象。本文将空泡界面假设为自由面,并由VOF(Volume of Fluid)中界面构造精度较高的Youngs方法求解,通过直接计算原始变量的Navier-Stokes方程,数值模拟了空泡距固壁不同位置时溃灭对固壁造成的空蚀破坏。计算发现空泡溃灭产生高压脉冲相对于高速射流对空蚀形成起主导作用;空泡在流场中位置不同,高压脉冲对固壁上的空蚀破坏结果不同,并给出了距离界限。

Abstract:When bubbles collapse near rigid walls, cavitation erosion often occurs on solid surfaces and damages surface materials. Assumed that bubble walls were free surfaces and traced by Youngs' method (one of volume of fluid methods with higher interface construction accuracy), cavitation erosion caused by bubble collapse is numerically studied through directly solving primitive Navier-Stokes equations. Compared with high-speed jets, high-pressure pulses emitting during bubble collapse play a more important role in cavitation erosion. Different bubble positions in the fluid field lead to different erosion patterns on the rigid wall and several important positions are pointed out.
