外波式活齿减速器的试验研究

摘    要:对外波式活齿减速器的传动效率和温升进行了现场测试.测试结果表明.外波式活齿减速器的结构工艺性和传动性能均优于内波式活齿减速器.外波式活齿减速器结构的合理性和良好的传动性能、为它的推广应用创造了有利的条件.

Abstract:An experiment with the main character of transmission efficiency and l'enlperature up is done.for external wave sliding--tooth reducer's model machine. The result proves the technological functions and transmission functions of external sliding-tooth reducer's structure are better than those of an internal wave slidiog-tooth reducer. These shows the reasonable functions and better transmision functions of the external sliding-tooth reducer's structure. And this will create quite favourable conditions for using and spreading sliding-tooth reducers.
