摘    要:设计了一套用于微流控芯片分离效果检验的光学检测系统,系统使用生物落射荧光显微镜作为主要光路系统,用彩色CCD摄像头采集图像信息输入计算机,用线形灰度变换算法处理RGB24位彩色图像数据.用该系统对瓢虫翅膀、洋葱细胞、机油、聚氯乙稀颗粒和熔融玻璃管做了检测实验,分析了影响检测效果的因素.

Abstract:A microscope detecting system has been developed to detect the separating in electrophoresis chips.An epifluorescent microscope is selected as the main optical system,in which the analog images are collected by the color CCD camera and imported into computer after transformed into digital image by a video adapter card.Then the image process begins by the software developed by the authors.The 24bit RGB image data are conduced by means of line-gray transforming method.The system has been applied to detect ladybug's wing,onion lice,machine oil,PVC particles and frit micro-tube.Besides,the factors which affect the detecting result have been analyzed.
