中国特殊教育学校体育师资队伍现状调查

摘    要:就特殊教育学校体育师资队伍现状,对我国23个省(区、市)的76所特殊教育学校及其134名特殊教育体育教师分别进行了问卷调查.结果表明:特殊教育学校体育教师工作量较大,数量不足,还不能满足特殊教育学校体育工作的需要;具有专科以上学历的教师是特殊教育学校体育教师队伍的主体,但体育教师专业化程度有待提高;特殊教育学校体育教师继续教育薄弱,教师普遍有学习、提高的愿望,但多数教师自参加特殊教育工作以来从未进修学习;特殊教育学校体育教师队伍年轻化,热爱特殊教育工作,职业态度积极.

Abstract:In the form of questionnaire,134 PE teachers from 76 special education schools of 23 provinces,districts and municipalities have been investigated to show the actuality.The result shows that the workload of PE teaching staff is relatively great and the amount of teacher is not enough to meet the demand of school works in sport aspect;the main strengths of PE teaching staff of special education schools are teachers with college degree or above,but they are not professional enough and their ability need to be...
