The polyurethaneisocyanurate morphology

By catalytic trimerization polyurethaneisocyanurates (PUIC) with varying content of isocyanate and oligoester fragments were obtained. The number of triisocyanurate fragments in the PUIC network was determined with infrared spectroscopy and by using the multiple disrupted complete internal reflection technique. It was also shown that the PUIC resistance to high temperatures improves as the content of triisocyanurate fragments increases.
