| 摘 要： | 针对目前建设工程实施过程中参建各方的情况，阐述了建设单位在工程质量管理中的具体作用，以及与其他参建单位的关系，指出随着基本建设质量管理体系的不断完善，建设单位应正确处理好工程质量管理体制中的几种关系，在工程质量管理中发挥主人翁的作用。

| Abstract: | In the light of the situation of each side participating the current construction, this paper expounds the concrete function of the units undertaking the projects in the engineering quality control and its relation with the other units participating the construction, and points out that along with the gradual perfection of the capital construction's quality control system, the units undertaking the projects should handle correctly several relations in the engineering quality control system, and play the role of the master in the engineering quality control. |
