| Abstract: | The interference from background of biological materials was partially eliminated and analytical process simplified was made by using ultraviolet second. This paper reports a study on the method for the determination of actinodaphnine in animal body and determinig the original drug in biological fluid after intravenous administiation by using the method. The determined results were used to study the pharmacokinetics of actinodaphnine. |
