摘    要:按照非线性理论,实施了犬的深低温停循环(Profound Hypothermia and Circulatory Arrest,简称PHCA)实验,并应用混沌理论对实验中采集的心电信号进行了研究,得出以下结论:(1)混沌特征参数可反映心脏的总体动态特征,并可作为心血管疾病早期诊断的依据。(2)在正常的生理状态下心脏的运动是混沌的,而在病理状态下则趋于有序。

Abstract:According to the nonlinear theory, the author has designed and conducted the PHCA (profound hy-pothermia and circulatory arrest) experiments, which are used to research for the nonlineardynamics of theheart. Through the analysis of the power spectra, the computation of the correlation dimension and the Lya-punov exponent to a large number of ECG (electrocardiogram) signals which are sampled on the several temper-ature platforms of the PHCA experiments, the following conclusions are shown: (1) The power spectra, thecorrelation dimension and the Lyapunov exponent to ECG signals reflect the whole dynamic characteristics of thehearts, which may be used to estimate healthy condition of the heart. (2) Under normal physiological conditionsthe cardiac activities are chaotic, while under pathologic conditions the cardiac activities approach regularity.
