| Abstract: | The low utilization ratio of the foreign language periodicals is a common problem in the university library.This paper analyses the reasons for the low utilization ratio and particularly describes how to manage and cope with it in a proper manner by utilizing the new functions of management and service of the foreign language periodicals and proposes the corresponding countermeasures. |
