摘    要:某PC连续箱梁利用移动模架造桥机建造,在施工过程中发现施工缝附近的箱梁底板产生裂缝。文章通过建立空间有限元模型,模拟并分析了箱梁悬臂段施工过程中的荷载效应,探讨了裂缝产生的原因并由此提出了相应的施工措施;经实桥检验,该措施方便可行,可供同类桥梁施工参考。

Abstract:By using the movable scaffolding system,a certain PC continuous box girder was constructed,but in the process of construction,some cracks were detected at the bottom board of the box girder near the construction slots.In this paper,by establishing the finite element model the construction load conditions at the suspending end of the box girder are simulated,the crack causes are studied,and several preventive construction measures are also proposed.Finally,the prototype test proves that these measures are feasible and can be adopted in the construction of the same kind of bridge.
