铝电解电容器盖板绝缘性与电解液的关系

摘    要:研究了铝电解电容器不同盖板材料在不同电解液中的温度特性曲线,找出了国产盖板材料存在的缺陷,即国产电容器盖板在有电解液的高温环境中,绝缘性明显降低。在高温下材料绝缘性的丧失是电容器阳极腐蚀的主要原因。对比了进口和国产板材的lgr-t曲线图。在电容器中多余电解液是有害无益的,是铝电解电容器电化学腐蚀的温床。

Abstract:The temperature characteristics of insulation resistance of capacitor seals in different electrolytes were investigated. The deficiencies of domestic seal material have found, that is the decline in insulation of capacitor seals when electrolyte temperature getting higher. The loss of insulation of seal material is the main cause of the anodic corrosion in electrolytic capacitor. The plots of lg r-t on domestic and imported seal materical were analyzed. Excess electrolyte in capacitors is harmful, which is the hotbed to cause the electrochemical corrosion in electrolytic capacitors.
