Abstract:Aluminum ion adsorption on the surface of nanodisperse silica particles is investigated by NMR spectroscopy as depending on Al(NO)3 content in solutions. It is established that Al(H2O 6 3+ aquacomplexes are poorly sorbed by silica gel. The highest sorbability is inherent in AlO4Al12(OH)24(H2O 12 7+ hydroxocomplex. The transfer of this complex to an adsorption layer is accompanied by its partial decomposition and the distortion of the tetrahedral geometry of the environment of the central aluminum atom.
