| 摘 要： | 用传统的手工方式处理会计业务,工作量大且容易出错,大大影响了会计人员工作效率的提高.财务软件的问世在一定程度上缓解了这个问题,但其购置成本和软件维护对人员的素质要求都比较高,因而在中小企业普及率较低.通用软件Excel价格低廉易得,操作简单易学,将其用于账务处理较为合适,值得推广.

| Abstract: | The traditional manual way to process accounting data is complicated and easy to make a mistake,thus greatly affecting efficiency.Financial software alleviates this question in the certain degree,but its cost is very high and its maintenance needs professionals,the popularity is lower in small and medium-sized enterprises.The common software Excel is inexpensive;the operation is simple and easy to learn.Excel in Accounting Data Bookkeeping Processing is worth promoting. |
