| 摘 要： | 由于艺术设计人才具有的综合性、多元化特点和大学教育存在的个性化、多样化原因，决定了建筑与环艺专业教育对建筑与环艺设计人才培养的复杂性和多样性。本文在分析建筑与环艺设计人才特点的基础上，结合创新教育的新观念，阐述了创新型建筑与环艺设计人才应具备的素质结构，并进一步对创新型建筑与环艺设计人才的素质和能力培养进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The comprehensiveness of art design talents and the diversity of university education determine the complexity and diversity of training on architectural and environmental art design.The quality structure of innovative talents on architecture and environmental art design is discussed based on the analysis of their feature,associated with new concept of innovative education.Finally,we also studied strengthening their competence and ability. |
