激光熔覆硬质合金涂层的组织结构与性能

摘    要:试验研究了Co基硬质合金涂层的激光熔覆。低熔点Al的加入增加了熔池的流动性,抑制了熔覆层气孔的产生;金属Ni的加入明显改善了TiC的润湿性,提高了硬质合金涂层的熔覆性。WC-Co基硬质合金熔覆层硬度可达HV0.21100。涂层中TiC的加入显著提高了熔覆层的硬度,平均达HV0.21200~HV0.21300。

Abstract:Investigation has been carried out into the laser cladding of several Co-base hard alloy.It shows that the flowability of the molten bath improves and the emerging of gas holes in cladding coating can be eliminated when Al material with low melting point is added and that the wettability of TiC obviously improves and the claddability of hard alloy coating increases when Ni material is added.The hardness of WC-Co cladding coating can reach up to HV 0.2 1100.Adding TiC to coating obviously enhances the hardness of cladding coating.The hardness values range from HV 0.2 1200 to HV 0.2 1300.
