| 摘 要： | 本文从可溶性双酚A型聚醚醚酮出发, 对其紫外光(UV)交联行为进行了研究, 并成功制备了粒径均匀分散的聚芳醚水基分散液, 进而制备了高性能的新型聚醚醚酮涂层.

| Abstract: | Aimed at making high-performance coatings, the UV-crosslinking behavior of bisphenol A-type poly(ether ether ketone) were studied. A homogeneous aqueous dispersion of this soluble poly(ether ether ketone) was successfully obtained through polymer emulsion formation and then the solvent evaporation. The uniform particles(～150 nm) could be formed when mass fraction of the polymer in chloroform was ranged from 3% to 25%. The coating could be prepared via spray-coating method from above concentrated aqueous dispersion and some processing aids. We found the UV crosslinked layers had better hardness, adhesions and solvent-resistance than the ones without UV irradiation. |
