Oscillation theorems for second-order half-linear differential equations

Abstract:Oscillation criteria for the second-order half-linear differential equation

are established, where greek small letter alpha > 0 is a constant and Image exists for t set membership, variant t0, ∞). We apply these results to the following equation:

where Image , D = (D1,…, DN), Ωa = x set membership, variant Image N : |x| ≥ a} is an exterior domain, and c set membership, variant C(a, ∞), Image ), n > 1 and N ≥ 2 are integers. Here, a > 0 is a given constant.
