偏二甲肼在阳离子交换柱上的交换过程

摘    要:研究了不同浓度的偏二甲肼在树脂上的交换过程 ,其交换行为用流出曲线来表示 .文中还对影响流出曲线的各种主要因素进行了探讨 .通过实验发现 1#树脂的交换效果最好 ,贯穿点前的流出液完全符合浓度≤0 5mg/L的排放达标要求 ,而料液浓度、流速、不同类型树脂是影响交换最关键的因素 .

Abstract:Exchange process for different concertration Unsy_dimethylhydrazine in ion resins was studied, and exchange properties can be expressed by pentration curve. Major factors influencing pentration curve were also researched. The results showed that 1 # resin was excellent for exchange effect, and that pentration solution was in accord with the request for its concertration ≤0.5mg/L. Concertration, velocity of flow, resin were key factors for exchange process.
