| 摘 要： | 在对军工企业军民产品融合发展模式进行系统分析的基础上,建立刻画其发展模式的系统动力学(SD)数学模型.利用Vensim软件仿真与调控分析技术,对影响军工企业军民产品融合发展的主要变量进行调控分析,通过分析提出相应的管理方针,实现了用系统科学的方法有效分析军工企业管理问题的目的.

| Abstract: | Based on the systems analyses about the amalgamation development strategies model of war industry enterprise's army and civilian produce,this article establish a SD model to depict it.Utilize Vemsim's imitation and control analysis technology,we analyze the main variables about the malgamation development strategies model,and also give the management strategies through analysis.It provide a perfect method for analysis on war industry enterprise's management problems. |
