| 摘 要： | 简述了我国会计电算化的现状，并从管理认识和组织方面，会计软件方面以及人员素质与电算化方面分析了我国会计电算化工作中存在的问题，指出会计电算化的发展趋势为会计软件由核算型向管理型发展，由封闭型向开放式、网络型发展，且网络财务软件将建立“APS商务服务”，为中小企业在尽量不提高成本的前提下参与竞争提供契机。
