| 摘 要： | 从物理学的角度论述了激光与生物组织、细胞作用的基本内容以及激光与生物组织、细胞热作用、光化作用、光学力作用和光生物刺激作用效应的微观机制,分析说明影响激光组织、细胞生物效应的主要因素,并介绍激光生物效应在医学中的几个具体应用.

| Abstract: | The article presents panorama of laser-tissue and laser-cell interactions,describe the micromechanism and biological response of laser-tissue and laser-cell interactions from physics,including action interaction of photochemical,photomechanical,biostimulation and other natures,and discuss primary factors to affect laser-tissue and laser-cell interaction and biological response.Fundamentals and technical prerequisites of laser-induced interstitial thermotherapy,laser acupuncture and moxibustion,photodynamic therapy and biostimulation are also described. |
