Abstract: | The electric resistivity, Hall coefficient and thermoelectric power of the semiconducting NaNbO3 were measured between 70 and 300K. Data indicate that this material behaves as a non-degenerate seniconductor. Oxygen defects which act as donors create a level at 0.12 eV below the conduction band. The phonon drag effect was observed below 230K. |
