织针淬火加热过程中温度场的计算机模拟

摘    要:针对网带炉织针淬火,在考虑加热过程中换热系数及各种物性参数随温度变化的情况下,运用有限元法建立了二维平面非稳态温度场的计算数学模型。加热曲线的计算结果与实际测量结果吻合较好,表明本数学模型和计算程序能够正确预测织针温度场的变化,从而有助于不同类型的织针在淬火过程中加热温度的控制及淬火工艺的改进。

Abstract:A mathematical model using the Finite Element Methods for computer calculation has been developed to simulate the two dimensional transient during heating of needle in caterpillar furnace. The model takes into account the change of heat transfer coefficients and various physical property parameters. The calculated results of heating curves fit the measured ones well, which indicates that the model and program can correctly predict the needle temperature field and can help the control of heating temperature and improve quenching technology of different kinds of needles.
