张之洞储才思想浅探——以张之洞督鄂期间为主

张之洞是清末洋务运动的殿军,其一生辉煌业绩大都成就于湖北执政时期。此间,张氏无论在工业、吏治,还是教育、民生等治理和发展方面,都堪称当时一流。尤其在军事人才观、专业人才观、吏治人才观等几个方面,角度独特,既维护了清王朝统治,又引进了西方先进的管理机制和人才战略。这些观念虽然带有浓厚的封建性,最多能维持统治阶级的苟延残喘,但其看问题的角度和方法,今天仍不乏一定的借鉴作用。

A Brief Exploration on the Talent-Storing Idea of Zhang Zhidong——Mainly in the Period When He was Ruling Hubei

Zhang Zhidong,the last outstanding figure in the end of Qing Dynasty,made the most brilliant achievments of all his life when he was governing Hubei.Zhang had made first-class governance and progress,both in industry,administration of officials,education,and livelihood of populace.He had unique perspective of talents on millitary affairs,major,and the administration of official,which not only safeguarded the ruling of Qing Dynasty,but also introduced some ways of administration and the strategies of talent of the western countries.Although these ideas are profoundly feudal,its perspective and ways to deal with things still have referential values today.
