| 摘 要： | 采用水蒸气蒸馏法从南鹤虱中提取挥发油。试用不同类型的毛细管柱在优化条件下进行分析，共分离出33个峰，用归一化法测定其相对百分含量，并用气相色谱一质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定，共鉴定出26个成分，占挥发油总成分的78％以上．

| Abstract: | An volatile oil was extracted from daucus carota L.by using steam distillation, and separated with different kinds of GC capillary under optimized conditions. 33 compounds were separated, and 26 of which were identified by GC-MS and quantitatively determined by normalization method.The identified components are more than 78% of all the volatil oil. |
