摘    要:综合采用了化学法、超声波联合化学法、机械喷砂等多种前处理方法,对高速钢基体样品进行除油处理.分析了其微观形貌及在基体处理前后用离子镀气相沉积技术沉积TiAlN涂层的性能.实验结果表明,在相同的情况下,采用化学试剂,NaOH 0.5%~1.0%;Na2SiO33.0%~4.0%;Na2CO35.0%~10.0%;H2O 100%,温度为60~90℃,时间为5~10 min,除油效果较好,离子镀后涂层与基体的结合力较好.

Abstract:This paper uses various processing methods (chemical method, ultrasonic wave method and me- chanical sandblasting) to pretreat the surface of high-speed steal(HSS) (degreasing). We analyze the mi- crostructure of HSS after pretreatment. TiA1N coating is deposited on the HSS substrate by ion plating vapor deposition technology after pretreatment. The performance of the coating is analyzed. The experimental re- suits show that in the same condition, using the chemical reagents(NaOH 0.5 % - 1.0% ;Na2 SiO3 3.0% - 4.0% ; Na2 CO3 5.0% - 10.0% ; H2 O 100% ) with the temperature between 60 ℃ and 90 ℃ for 5 - 10 rain, the effect of degreasing is better.We conclude that the coating and the substrate have better bind- ing force after ion plating.
