摘    要:在用天波超视距雷达进行海态遥感时,因电离层慢相径调制污染致使海面回波谱质量下降,直接影响到遥感海态参数估计。该文利用海态遥感有关一阶海浪回波谱峰强度分布的先验知识,对已有的电离层慢相径调制干扰估计算法进行了优化,并通过仿真分析了优化后的去扰算法对海态参数估计的影响。

Abstract:During sea-state remote sensing by skywave OTH radar, the received sea-surface echoes may be smeared by the ionospheric slow phase-path modulation. Furthermore, it worsens also sea-state parameter estimation. In this paper, by taking advantage of known knowledge of sea-state remote sensing about the first-order Bragg lines, the existing algorithm estimating the ionospheric slow phase-path modulation is optimized for better sea spectral estimation. Simulation shows the advantages of the optimized algorithm in sea-state parameter estimation.
