| 摘 要： | 本文根据黑龙江省部分地区水质分析的指标论述了水中杂质、耗氧量、硬度、硝酸盐及水中细菌对乳品质量的影响，并对消除办法也简要作了介绍，对控制水质质量与提高乳品质量的关系也做了说明。

The methods that can the used to diminish these influences and the relation between the control ovre water quality and the improvcmen to milk products were introduced as well. |
