摘    要:本文根据黑龙江省部分地区水质分析的指标论述了水中杂质、耗氧量、硬度、硝酸盐及水中细菌对乳品质量的影响,并对消除办法也简要作了介绍,对控制水质质量与提高乳品质量的关系也做了说明。

Abstract:This article deseribed the influences of contaminants. BOD,hardness. nitrates and bacteria of water on milk products, based on he regional water analysis in Heilongjiang. The methods that can the used to diminish these influences and the relation between the control ovre water quality and the improvcmen to milk products were introduced as well.
