| Abstract: | Summary The herbicides chlorpropham, proximphan, and phenmedipham were separated by normal-phase HPLC and the components were identified by on-line coupling of an infrared detector using a flow-through cell. Mixtures of chlorpropham and carbaryl were employed for optimising the conditions. Different columns and flow-through cells were compared and the dilution degree of the injected samples was checked.
