汽缸套外径加工在线检测研究

摘    要:为提高对汽缸套的无心外圆磨外径加工的加工精度和加工效率,提出了汽缸套外径加工在线检测外径尺寸方案,讨论了与在线检测相关的参数选取,传感器标定,硬件设计等问题。对检测的误差来源与对最终结果的影响作了定性分析,同时分析了同轴度误差可能造成的后果以及检测同轴度误差的方法,确定了在线检测同轴度误差的方案。最后采用计算仿真方法验证了方案的可行性。

Abstract:To improve the accuracy and efficiency of machining of cylinder liner, the scheme for online measurement about machining of cylinder liner was proposed, in which the problems about online measurement were discussed, such as parameter set- ting, senor calibration and hardware design. And then qualitative analysis was made of the error source and the effect of error on the result. The consequence from concentricity error was also analyzed and the scheme of measuring concentricity was provided. Final- ly, the feasibility of the seheme was verified using computational simulation method.
