刚果红显色法测定羧甲基壳聚糖含量

摘    要:在pH=9.0的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲溶液中羧甲基壳聚糖与刚果红形成稳定的红色物质;在530nm处具有最大吸收,其吸光度与羧甲基壳聚糖浓度在1.00~40.00mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,表观百分吸光系数ε=49.20mL/g.cm,方法用于羧甲基壳聚糖样品的测定,回收率在98.2%~101.8%之间,测定值的标准偏差在0.41%~2.5%之间。

Abstract:The experimental results showed that Congo Red and carbomethyl-chitosan produced a sensitive color reaction under the condition of pH=9 NH3-NH4Cl buffer solution.The biggest absorption wavelength was at 530nm.It was found that the absorbance(A) had good linear relationship with concentration of carbomethyl-chitosan from 1.00 mg/L to 40.00 mg/L.The method can be applied to determine carbomethyl-chitosan content in compound samples.
