| 摘 要： | 人文素质是指一个人成其为人和发展为人才的内在品质。不同的人文素质会有不同的个性表现。人文素质的提高是军校学员综合素质全面提升的必经之路,加强人文素质教育体系建设是军校教学转型的客观要求。文中对当前军校人文素质方面亟待解决的一些问题进行探讨,提出了立体化、科学化推进人文素质教育体系建设的见解和措施。

| Abstract: | Humanistic quality is a man′s inner quality.Different people may have different standards of performance.Enhancing humanistic quality is a necessary way to improve the comprehensive quality of the cadets,and is the objective requirement of military educational transformation.Based on the problems existed in cadets＇ humanistic quality,this paper suggests a series of dimensional and scientific measures to construct a humanistic quality system. |
